If you wish to impute your own data using the UK Biobank as a reference panel, we will first need to phase the UK Biobank WGS data following this tutorial.

You can then impute you data using imputation tools, such as IMPUTE5 to impute SNP array datas, or GLIMPSE to impute low-coverage sequencing datas.
